AKM offer a range of IT support packages to local businesses. We are the safety net that ensures that businesses keep running when IT issues arise. We concentrate our efforts to provide the best possible service in the areas around Ely, Cambridge, Newmarket and St Ives.

We have developed our packages based on customer feedback and needs. We believe that the services we provide not only offer great value for money to our customers but they offer 'peace of mind' and reassurance that we are there when they need us.

From as little as £34 + vat per month for up to 10 workstations your business can have that peace of mind.

We offer the following packages (please view the PDF document for full pricing information):

Assist Gold - £400pa - up to 10 networked workstations running Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista without a dedicated server running Windows Server software or Linux/Novell.

Assist Platinum - £700pa - up to 15 networked workstations running Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista or a dedicated server running Windows Server software or Linux/Novell.

Assist Platinum Plus - from £1000pa - more than 15 networked Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista workstations or additional requirements such as multiple servers, multiple sites or complicated software environments

All Assist customers benefit from our reduced onsite rate of £85 & £65 per hour (£105 & £85 per hour without an Assist contract).
