  • The link can transfer customer information directly into Helpdesk reducing data entry. This includes customer name, customer address, customer contact numbers, etc.
  • The link will show you the total balance outstanding the customer has with you. This is important if you are owed money and the customer wants to place an order!
  • The link also allows you to view all invoices that have been generated for the customer including individual items and their values.
  • AKM Helpdesk is automatically refreshed once a day to ensure that the data is always up to date.
