Picture the scene... a customer calls you and asks if they can have a quote on a particular product. You can't help them as you don't know all the pricing but know a man who does. So how do you let that man know there is a potential sale? Easy, record a call for the person, note the details of what the customer wants and advise the caller accordingly. You can even set a reminder for a 'next action' date/time, just to make sure that the call is resolved.

A call is recorded and can then be tracked throughout the business. Monitored and its progress checked.
