Call History:
Within the customer view the user can see any calls that are outstanding which are specific to the customer. By clicking on the relevant call, the user can then view all the history associated with it.

As the amount of information stored about a customer grows, AKM Helpdesk has a screen filter option so that previous calls can be seen.
