AKM Helpdesk allows you to create tasks for your customers. These could be repeatable activities or ad-hoc tasks, either way; once they are set up the system will register the call for you on the day you have specified. Tasks are useful if you have a structured customer service policy in place, allowing you to set up repeat care calls, service calls, sending out new brochures or literature, organising annual onsite review meetings; the list is limited only to your imagination.
