Helpdesk Home Screen:
This is the main screen view that all users would see. The calls can be separated to show the users individual calls and then those recorded against others within the business.

The screen allows the user to view their outstanding calls and that of others and indicates clearly a summary of each one, what it is referring to and when it was first recorded. At the click of a button the user can access any of the calls and action or update accordingly. Every time a user updates someone else's call, they get a 'new' flag to indicate some new activity has taken place.

Calls recorded are colour coded to reflect certain areas or operations within the business. In the example below all sales enquiries and service issue are noted in red, where as general questions are in blue.
